In some municipalities in Slovenia human-bear conflicts occur regularly. These conflicts include bears entering the vicinity of or in the village, bears causing damage on sheep herds, beehives and other property, etc.). Within LIFE DINALP BEAR project we want to help the municipalities with regular problems with bears by providing different techincal and practical solutions to reduce the number of human-bear conflicts.
