ACTION A.7 – Development of Project communication plan
The Communication plan is an internal project document to be used by all members of the project team. The purpose of this communication plan is laying out ways of how effective communications can: (1) help us achieve our overall project objectives, (2) engage effectively with stakeholders, (3) ensure people understand what we do, (4) change behaviour and perceptions where necessary, and (5) demonstrate the success of our work to the stakeholders, co-financers and the wider public. To ensure that “lessons learned” as well as new needs and knowledge is included in the communication plan, the document is regularly updated throughout the duration of the project and at least on a yearly basis.
