Forms through which you can apply for »Bear friendly« label are now available on our project web site. The »Bear friendly« label promotes products and services that use practices not harmful for bears and their habitat and on the same time allow greater visibility for the efforts of local communities to preserve the environment.
Three sets of forms were prepared (in Slovenian):
- For beekeepers, livestock breeders, fruit farmers and other farmers: http://old.dinalpbear.eu/kmetijstvo/
- For tour guides, providers of tourist accommodation and restaurants: http://old.dinalpbear.eu/turizem/
- For those who are actively promoting conservation of bears and their habitat in the local environment: http://old.dinalpbear.eu/promocija/
Applications will be examined by 5-membered committee of experts from Biotechnical Faculty, Slovenian Forest Service and from tourism sector.
