We conducted a workshop at the Elementary School Dr. Milan Anić in Krasno (Croatia) on 30^th May. About thirty pupils participated in the workshop and learnt about the anatomy and ecology of the brown bear and its behaviour, as well as about methods for preventing conflict between bear and people. The workshop roused great interest among the pupils and they actively participated. Pupils also participated in the practical part of the workshop: making models of bear paws, calculating bear population abundance, etc. This was the seventh workshop that was held in Croatia within the LIFE DINALP BEAR project.
