Between May 24 and 25 2016 a steering group meeting took place in Plitvička jezera National Park, Croatia. Partners from 5 different countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Austria and USA) attended the meeting. The group presented the ongoing project activities and discussed about the preparation of strategic documents for the population level management of brown bear population. Dr. Seth M. Wilson also presented his work on The Guidebook to Human-Carnivore Conflict. On this occasion the croatian partners showed the group to the bear capture sites and explained interesting facts about trapping techniques.
