International conservation and coexistence photo contest “FINDING BEARINGS”, dedicated to brown bear conservation and human-bear coexistence possibilities, was held during March and April 2017.

Authors presented their visions of coexistence possibilities with Europe’s largest carnivore. 34 photographers from Slovenia, Croatia Austria, Poland and Romanian participated in contest with 86 photographs. International expert jury selected the best photographs and presented them in a travelling exhibition “Life with Bears”.

Starting January 5^th 2018, exhibition can be seen on Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Zagreb. Grand opening was held parallel to promotion of new doctors of veterinary medicine on February 2^nd this year, when out team presented LIFE DINALP BEAR project and the exhibition which will be on display for couple of months. After that, photographs will travel along Croatia and Austria and finally go back to Slovenia. For current exhibition location, please see here.
